1. General
The following terms and conditions are valid for all contracts signed with Dr. Wolfgang Seifert (here and on the remaining pages: SeifertResearch). Any exceptions will only be considered part of the contract when these are clearly agreed in writing.
Contracts with SeifertResearch can only be made in writing. Offers from SeifertResearch are not binding and will only be made so with a written confirmation from SeifertResearch or by the signing of a written contract.
2. Scope
SeifertResearch offers methods and tools for predictions on the outcome of pharma processes which are solely based on the performance of these processes in the recent past. The proposition is that such performances will be likely to be continued into the near future, and that any measures changing these performances will immediately result in changed forecasts. The predictions are generated through the use of computerized models. Although such mathematical models can be suitable tools to forecast a future event from the past performance, such evolvements underlie a multitude of internal and external influences which are beyond control of SeifertResearch. Applying the methods and the tools offered and making use of the publications provided is totally in the responsibility of the user.
3. Service
This service is made available to accommodate the professional needs of the customerīs business, but not for third party commercialization. Using services and tools by SeifertResearch requires agreement to comply with Terms and Conditions of this web and of the respective tools. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use the services and tools.
SeifertResearch is pleased to make the described services available to customers, but reserves the right to terminate offering of new services any time and without notice.
The customer is strictly forbidden to use the services/results of SeifertResearch for commercial purposes without their written permission.
In the case of any contravention of the above clause, SeifertResearch reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately and to claim for compensation.
4. Limitation of Liability
SeifertResearch disclaims liability for any personal injury, property or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether special, indirect, consequential or compensatory, directly or indirectly resulting from the tools, services or publications, use of concepts or applications, or reliance on the suggested instruments or strategies, even if SeifertResearch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SeifertResearch disclaims and makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information published in this web or the contained products, concepts or strategies and disclaims and makes no warranty that the information provided will fulfill any of the usersī particular purposes or needs. SeifertResearch does not undertake to guarantee the adequateness and appropriateness of any product or service offered to the needs of the customer.
SeifertResearch does not accept any liability for factual or legal flaws in the contractual services provided.

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with German law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal domicile of Dr. Wolfgang Seifert, SeifertResearch.
